Overview
The EB-1C green card is for entrepreneurs who have worked as executives or managers for multinational companies and are transferring to a U.S. branch.
The EB-1C Visa allows executives and business owners to obtain permanent residency in the United States while expanding their operations. It is specifically designed for high-level managers and executives from international companies who wish to open a U.S. subsidiary or transfer to an existing branch.
To qualify, you must have worked in a leadership position for at least one of the past three years within the parent company. In addition, the U.S. company must prove operational viability. Unlike other investor visas, the EB-1C does not require a minimum investment amount, making it an attractive path for entrepreneurs.
